They are brought into the backyard via a hand trolley. They are 1m wide, and 1.5m tall when rolled up, and weigh 100-165kgs.
Our larger 5 in 1 Combo Castles cannot be carried up or down stairs, and it is unsafe to trolley them on steep inclines/declines.
We may refuse to set up the castle if its unsafe for us to access your setup area.
Our van needs to use your driveway to get as close to the setup point as possible. Customers are asked to have access ready and the setup area cleaned. Remove rocks, dog droppings, and all other debris. We require the driveway to be clear of cars, trailers, caravans, and boats.
A jumping castle generally can stay on the lawn for 2-3 days with little affect on most lawns. Only on extremely hot days is it advisable to have the castle removed within 24 hrs.

No, you are not permitted in any circumstance to tamper with an installed jumping castle. Contact JumpNPlay if you require the castle to be collected urgently.
We take a $100 bond, otherwise we won’t take a booking. The bond is returned to customers if the castle is clean and undamaged. If setup is delayed due to access issues, or our pickup is delayed the bond won’t be returned.
If you cancel 3 days before the booking 50% of the bond is refunded.
If you cancel on the day of the booking, no refund is offered.
If we cancel due to poor weather, your bond is returned, less our $25 admin fee.
Choose our rainproof 5 in 1 combo castles to avoid getting your castle washed out in wet days.

If you hire the Large Combo Jumping Castles or Mini Combo Castles, we can add a Rain Tarp. This is only available if winds are low, and rainfall light. These are also useful on hot sunny days, as they add shade across the whole castle.
The Rain Tarps cost an additional $30 to your castle hire.
We offer 4 hr hire, 7hr and overnight or 2 day hire.
You are 100% responsible for the safety of the children using our jumping castles.
Children must be supervised at all times by an adult.
Do not allow too many children in the castle at a time. (we will advise you of the safe number of children after set up).
You must turn off the castle if winds exceed 25km/hr.
You must turn off the castle if rain fall is heavy.
If your castle hire is in a public space, (ie. park, sports ground) or in an event open to the general public (ie. store opening, company event, charity event) then we must supervise at a cost of $40-$60/hr. The cost depends on the size of the event, and the number of staff needed to supervise the castle, and manage the waiting queue.
Yes. We recommend a maximum of EIGHT children 3-8 years be permitted on the castle at any one time and a maximum of SIX children aged 9-12 years. Total maximum weight at any one time should not exceed 360kg. No one person over 100kg is permitted on the castle. Adults are not permitted.
The surface must be flat. The best surface is mowed grass, but we can set up on concrete, paving, dirt or gravel. But we will charge extra if extra setup time is required to safely set a jumping castle. Please provide all the correct details when making your inquiry, so we bring the extra matting and heavy duty ground tarps needed on difficult surfaces (e.g. gravel, dirt and concrete).
